Selina Ponniah, a Houston resident since 1989 began her mortgage career in 2005 and worked with Calvert Capital Mortgage and Amcap Mortgage till 2015. She is the founder/CEO of Homewise Mortgage, LLC.  She has been affliated with the real estate industry since 1995, and graduated in 1989 with a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Memphis, TN.  Selina is an active member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Dallas Metrotex association of Realtors, Greater Houston Builders Association and National Association of Mortgage Brokers.  Her goal is to provide exemplary service to all clients and your best interest in her primary focus!
